An existing Collinear Alliance client has requested resources for assistance in conducting an objective selection of 3PL services for their nationwide inventory management program. The scope of the work will encompass the traditional key steps of a Selection process, including Requirements Definition, RFP Preparation, RFP Response Evaluation and finally the 3PL Provider Selection, coupled with some objective Negotiation support. Due to the unique nature of the inventory and materials movement around the country, the Selection engagement will also include recommendations for a standardized technology system and approach that can be used for future site-related projects.
